AWC Vibrational Medicine
Q & A sessions bi-monthly
This is a bi-monthly Q& A session where you can have all your questions answered, discuss new ideas, concerns, obstacles you maybe facing etc.

Art Therapy
via Google Meet (online)

LEVEL: ALL WELCOME
MATERIALS REQUIRED: Canvas (16" x 20"), Brush kit, Acrylic paints (Matisse is a good Brand) Apron, Hand towel, 2B pencil, note book, eraser.
The course starts with the basics. You will get an in depth understanding of the fundamentals of painting with acrylics. While exploring emotions keeping us trapped in an unhealthy mind set.
We will learn as we explore different techniques, brush work, blending colours, enhancing your art by understanding your lights and darks, how to mix paints, understanding colours and use of colour and much more.
This course is on going so after you finish your
3 wks you are welcome to stay on and continue to explore and work on self.
Anyone can join this class no art experience needed.
